Mobile App – Location Data

 

When using our mobile applications, your location may be sent back to our servers in Australia for processing. This data is stored on our servers in Australia. We collect this data to ensure the safety of both our customers and drivers. All of our drivers are required to use location tracking to use our mobile application. Location data is tracked when the application is open or when a trip is in progress. When the application is closed and a trip is not in progress, no location tracking is actively performed.

 

Mobile App – Camera and Photos

 

Our applications may require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. For example, when adding pictures of your vehicle to your profile or adding a profile picture so customers/drivers can identify you. We will never access your camera roll without your permission.

 

Unsolicited Information

 

If you send us personal information that we have not requested, or we determine that the personal information you have provided to us is not reasonably necessary or directly related to any of our functions or activities, we may de-identify or delete this information without notifying you.
