Please take the time to read and familiarize yourself with these Terms and Conditions, which can be found on our website at http://www.evgoing.com.au. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly before making any bookings. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and EVGOING, governing the provision of all our Services.
All pricing for services provided by EVGOING will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the booking being made.
EVGOING will provide pricing quotes upon request, which are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the quote. After this time, the pricing may be subject to change.
EVGOING does not impose any credit card surcharges.
Additional charges may apply for services such as waiting time, extra stops, tolls, and parking. These charges will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the booking being made.
Gratuities are not included in the price of EVGOING services. Customers may choose to provide a gratuity at their discretion.
Customers are required to register with EVGOING to make bookings. Registration includes the creation of a customer profile.
The customer profile will contain information such as the customer’s name, contact information, and preferred payment method.
Customers are required to register a valid credit card with EVGOING for payment purposes.
Customers may save their favourite destinations in their customer profile for easy booking in the future.
Customers may save the details of their favourite guests in their customer profile for easy booking in the future.
Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or by other approved methods.
Bookings for airport transfers must include the flight number and arrival time to ensure timely pickup.
Regular bookings may be made for ongoing services.
Urgent bookings can be made with EVGOING, subject to availability.
Special event bookings may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Special vehicle bookings may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Online bookings can be made through the EVGOING website.
Bookings can also be made over the phone by contacting the EVGOING customer service team.
Other approved methods of booking may be available and will be communicated by EVGOING.
Bookings can be made for guests other than the customer. The customer must provide all necessary details for the guest.
Baby seats can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
Waiting time charges may apply for services such as airport transfers. The waiting time charges will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the booking being made.
Meet & Greet services are available for airport pickups.
Customers can view their booking history in their customer profile.
Bookings can be edited online, over the phone, or by other approved methods.
Bookings can be edited online through the EVGOING website.
Bookings can also be edited over the phone by contacting the EVGOING customer service team.
Other approved methods of booking edits may be available and will be communicated by EVGOING.
A maximum of two edits per booking is allowed.
Time of Edit & Applicable Charges
a) More than 8 hours before pickup time:
If the booking is edited more than 8 hours before the pickup time, no additional charges will apply.
b) Less than 8 hours before pickup time:
If the booking is edited less than 8 hours before the pickup time, a fee may apply. The fee will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the edit being made.
a) Regular Bookings:
Regular bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 8 hours before the pickup time.
b) More than 8 hours before pickup time:
If a booking is cancelled more than 8 hours before the pickup time, no cancellation fee will apply.
c) LESS than 8 hours before pickup time:
If a booking is cancelled less than 8 hours before the pickup time, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the cancellation being made.
Special event bookings may be subject to additional cancellation terms and conditions.
Special vehicle bookings may be subject to additional cancellation terms and conditions.
EVGOING will provide the customer with the driver’s contact information to facilitate communication and coordination.
The driver will send a text message to the customer upon arrival at the pickup point.
Designated airport pickup points will be clearly communicated by EVGOING.
The customer is responsible for locating the driver at the pickup point.
If the customer fails to show up for the booking or abandons the trip, a fee may apply. The fee will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the booking being made.
If the driver is not at the pickup point at the scheduled time, EVGOING will make every effort to provide a replacement driver. If a replacement driver cannot be provided, a full refund will be given.

If the customer fails to show up after the authorised waiting time, a fee may apply. The fee will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the booking being made.
If an invalid flight number is provided for an airport transfer, EVGOING will not be liable for any delays or missed pickups.
EVGOING will make every effort to recover lost property left in the vehicle. If the lost property is recovered, EVGOING will arrange for it to be returned to the customer. If the lost property is not recovered, EVGOING will not be liable.
Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during their booking.
Payment for services provided by EVGOING will be charged to the customer’s registered credit card.
Receipts/invoices for services provided by EVGOING can be provided upon request.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.
If payment is not successfully collected from the customer’s registered credit card, a fee may apply. The fee will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to the booking being made.
Any disputes should be raised with EVGOING in writing within 7 days of the service being provided.
Corporate clients may request to
be billed directly for services provided by EVGOING. A separate agreement outlining the terms and conditions of credit card billing will need to be signed.
Individual clients will be billed directly for services provided by EVGOING.
All disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers comply with the terms and conditions of the booking.
All prices quoted by EVGOING are inclusive of GST.
EVGOING is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. All personal information collected will be used only for the purpose of providing the requested service.
EVGOING reserves the right to include site-specific provisions for bookings made for certain locations.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and EVGOING and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Any changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
